For the Fullview Display Devices:
Here we have provided the manual software updating process for the 18:9 aspect ratio display devices from Vivo.
The Vivo phones with Android 8 or higher versions can’t flash the lower version or downgrade (You can check the current software version of your device in Settings > System update).
The firmware flashing process will wipe the device’s internal data completely like contacts, messages, internal files, etc. Make sure to take a full backup of your important data before doing anything.
Keep your device charged at least up to 50% or higher for a hassle-free updating process.
Perform Wipe data on your phone by just switching off your device, then press and hold the Power button + Volume Up button simultaneously until the Vivo logo appears.
Select Stock Recovery mode by pressing the Volume Down button and enter it by pressing the Power button.
Tap on Wipe data > select Wipe data again > enter the lock screen password (if any).
Then select the Reboot system to reboot your device.
