There may be several possible reasons that Google Pay isn’t working for you on the Android 13 device that you can try fixing manually. 1. Reboot the Device
First of all, make sure to restart the handset properly to fix the temporary system glitch. Sometimes the system cache or glitch may cause some issues with the app launching or running seamlessly. Just unlock the device lock screen and the long-press the Power button for a few seconds to open the Power menu. Tap on Reboot/Restart and wait for the device to restart.
2. Force Stop the Google Pay app

- Open the Google Pay app.
- Tap on the profile picture on the upper right side.
- Go to Settings > Select Personal info.
- You should be able to see your number under Mobile number.

- Enter the correct phone number.

- Once the mobile number and its linked bank account are configured, you’re good to go.
5. Verify the Payment Method
Google Pay service works with the help of connected bank accounts or debit/credit cards which needs to be correctly linked. If you haven’t selected or added the payment method on Google Pay then it may trouble you in making or receiving payments via UPI. Sometimes expired debit/credit cards or issues with the OTP or UPI PIN can also cause Google Pay Not Working on Android 13 devices. To do this:
