Let’s take a look back at one of the most annoyingly catchy songs of the early 2000s – Aaron Carter’s “That’s How I Beat Shaq." Every few years there comes along a song that despite being mass-marketed pop drivel is so ridiculously infectious it lodges itself in the brain and simply refuses to leave. Over the past decade, songs like PSY’s “Gangnam Style” and Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito” have dominated the airwaves and abused society’s collective earholes while being impossible to shake off....

Actor and producer Adam Sandler will host Saturday Night Live in May. From 1991 to 1995, he was a cast member on the iconic sketch comedy series. Add Google Apps Email to iOS Device Log into your Google Apps account and go to email settings. Select Forwarding and POP/IMAP and select Enable IMAP. United States Attorney General William Barr is escalating the FBI’s disagreement with Apple over access to two iPhones used by the gunman behind last month’s shooting at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. The New York Times reports that Barr has declared the shooting an “act of terrorism” and is calling on Apple to provide assistance in the investigation. Following a beta test last year, the feature will soon be available to all Echo owners in the United States. You can start using it by enabling Guard in the Alexa app. The Echo listens for sounds like smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and breaking glass. When detected, Alexa sends a notification to your phone and you can listen to audio clips immediately. If you are concerned, you can use Drop In to hear/see a live stream from your home....

A new video has been published that compares the rumored iPad Pro shape/size to the current generation iPad. It’s obviously much larger than the iPad Air 2. This rumored tablet is said to feature a 12.3 to 12.9 inch display. Check out the video below for a size comparison between the cases and iPad Air 2… Recently images surfaced of similar cases, but it’s unclear if the shape/size here actually represents something Apple is working on....

Angela Ahrendts is officially out as CEO of Burberry, replaced by Christopher Bailey, after giving six months notice last October ahead of her new role as SVP of Apple Retail. Burberry’s leadership page now reflects the change and Reuters reports the change in leadership was made official today as yesterday was Ahrendts’ last day in the CEO role. After first only sharing that Angela Ahrendts would join Apple in the spring of this year, Tim Cook specified last week during Apple’s earnings call with analysts and investors that Ahrendts would indeed be joining the company sometime this week....

There’s been no shortage of AAPL pessimism this week. Things kicked off on Monday with news that Ming-Ch Kuo had cut his iPhone XR shipment estimate from 100M to 70M, followed by a series of pessimistic Apple supplier reports. The market was already nervous after Apple advised that it would no longer report unit sales for iPhone, iPad and Mac – a move which led some to suspect the company believes iPhone sales have now peaked....

Apple’s stock soared the day after the company reported its record breaking quarter with over $74 billion in revenue and more than 74 million iPhones sold, and now Apple’s stock has reached a new all-time high during trading. The company briefly touched on $120/share during trading this morning and is on track to break its previous record closing high soon. In 2010, Adobe released the Packager for iPhone component included with its Flash Professional CS5 software at the time. Flash made it easy to compile ActionScript bytecode into native iPhone application code that developers could then distribute as iPhone application installer (IPA) files via the iTunes store. Unfortunately, at the time, Apple had made some different changes to its iOS 4 SDK license that prevented major third-party developers such as Adobe from using development tools other than those created by Apple....

We’re still months away from Apple’s expected announcement of the iPhone 6, but ambitious manufactures are already designing accessories based on current rumors. Additional silicon cases rumored to fit the iPhone 6 were recently published on NoWhereElse and provide a closer look at some of the device’s possible design changes.
